Building upon the design of the NH-D14, the NH-D15 boasts a widened fin stack, increasing from 140mm to 150mm, and features a more spaced-out heatpipe layout. This improvement allows for more uniform heat distribution across a larger surface area, significantly enhancing the NH-D15’s cooling efficiency.
High RAM Clearance in Single Fan Mode
With recessed lower fins, the NH-D15 offers 64mm of clearance for taller memory heatsinks when operating in single fan mode. This design ensures compatibility with most premium RAM modules. For dual fan mode, the NH-D15 is best paired with standard-height RAM modules (up to 32mm).*
Dual NF-A15 140mm Premium Fans
The NH-D15 includes two high-performance NF-A15 140mm fans. Featuring Noctua’s advanced aerodynamic technologies, such as Flow Acceleration Channels and adhering to their AAO standard, the NF-A15 is celebrated as one of the finest 140mm fans available.
PWM Functionality and Low-Noise Adapters
The premium NF-A15 fans included with the NH-D15 support PWM for seamless automatic speed regulation via the motherboard. Additionally, the provided Low-Noise Adapters reduce the maximum fan speed from 1500rpm to 1200rpm for ultra-quiet operation.
